Since our products are made of ceramic, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the items have been delivered. Due to the delicate nature of our ceramic crockery, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final, and we are unable to process requests for returns or exchanges under any other circumstances.

2. Refunds for Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged or broken, we offer a refund or replacement. To initiate a refund or replacement, the following steps must be followed:

Refund or Replacement:Once we review the provided evidence, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.

3. Shipping Damages
If the product has been damaged during shipping, it is important that you retain the original packaging along with the damaged item(s) for inspection. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs for the damaged product.

4. Conditions for Refund or Replacement
- The damage must be clearly visible upon delivery.
- Refunds or replacements are processed only for the damaged items and not for reasons such as change of mind, wrong product ordered, or buyer’s remorse.
- The photos/videos should clearly show the damage and be of good quality for assessment.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed only once we have received the damaged product, or we may request you to dispose of it depending on the circumstances.
